NY RESOLUTIONS

So, another year has gone by (I know, HOW?) and it's that time of year that we reflect on the year and  to make a list of aims and goals that we should aim for! I honestly think the whole 'New Years Resolutions' are a great way to boost motivation and pushes people to work towards what they may want to achieve in their life! I'm not going to lie, my main goals are my blogging targets for this year but I think It's also important to set goals that are realistic and maintainable to avoid disappointment. We ALL know how that feels..
Last year I told myself I would make sure I visited a certain amount of countries and although I'm typing this from Australia, I didn't go to said countries and went to Australia in stead. Life is constantly a whirlwind of change and I think it's important to remember to not feel overwhelmed by these things if you're happy with the way your life is.
Ultimately though, New Years Resolutions are a perfect way for people to start from scratch so even if it's promising to save a little for a rainy day, that can't be a bad thing right?
Here are three of mine.. and please comment below the links for yours! I would love to take a look...

1. Focus

On my self. Selfish, nope not at all and I mean in every sense of the word.. In every aspect! I need to focus on self happiness, on my career, in everything from day to day life to focusing on whats more important in my life like my family and friends. I suffer with extreme confidence issues sometimes where I feel so awful about myself that I don't look in a mirror for days or tell myself in the mirror that I'm ugly or fat. This isn't right and I need to nip this in the bud. It's not healthy to experience self-loathing and I need to focus on being good to myself. I need to eat when I'm hungry and I need to sleep when I'm tired. Listen and focus on my mind and my body. They're mine and I should feel thankful of that.

2. Always try to reach the best of my ability

I let my self doubt get the better of me and it stops me from trying my best.. before I even try.
This needs to stop now. If people don't like what I blog about, I do, and thats why I do it. If people don't like my jokes, my conversations, then they can choose not to see me. I won't change and I will be me in the best way that I can. I won't let my mind tell me not to post that youtube video because of my voice or not to post a certain post because the pictures aren't very flattering. I am me.

3. Continue to see more of the world

Something I'm already proud of.. although I've definitely experiencing homesickness a lot of the time, I tell myself how lucky I am everyday to see this world with my own eyes. Either though I'm at the other side of the world, I know that my family are always going to be there in England and I can return whenever I want too. I tell myself that this is good for me and that you only regret the things that you don't do. I miss London, I really do.. But London will always be there and this opportunity is a trip of a life time, I paid my visa to be here and I will bloody well make the most of it.

So those are a few of mine which I thought I would share with you. I didn't want to write a whole list of blogging targets etc.. I just wanted to share a couple of personal goals and mental notes that I'm taking with me through to 2016. Maybe they might motivates some readers? I don't know, but I just want to thank anyone who chooses to click on to my page holding any interest at all in what I have to show you. I appreciate that you've came here and taken the choice to read what I have to say, thanks for reading this far down too! Have a brilliant New Years Eve and a positive 2016 that is full of happiness and health! I'm excited to see al of you guys in your NYE outfits and again please leave your link below! Lots of love xxx
